At Two Sisters Catering, we offer a wide variety of services designed to meet any of your catering needs. We are a fully licensed and insured company. We provide services that are both attentive and dedicated to every detail, to ensure the highest quality of product for your event needs. By using the freshest premium ingredients that are available, we are able to provide the best of the best food service for any occasion. We take great pride in our food presentation and are completely committed to providing the best experience of service of our clients.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, each client will be is given a complimentary consultation. Just call or email us to discuss your catering needs.

Do you offer tastings?

Tastings are made available by request only. A time will be allocated and the cost for a tasting will be determined depending on requests. Additional fees will apply for certain types of food and/or further items requested.

Can I place orders for pick up?

Yes! We offer a call in service that allows clients to request custom food orders. With custom orders, clients are able to customize the quantity of their order and the date that will need it. Price varies depending on requests.

What is covered in the quote?

Four categories are addressed: food, beverage, rental and event staffing. After you have had the opportunity to review your quote, the next step will be for you to share any and all feedback for the purpose of needed alterations. We will make any changes necessary to plan the exact event you have imagined.

Food – Menus are priced on a per person basis. Prices do not include delivery fees. There is a minimum of 10 people for lunch deliveries. There is a minimum of 25 people for dinner deliveries. Food is made custom and advance notice is required. The amount of notice depends on the size and needs of catering services requested.

Beverage – All types of beverages are available such as punch, soft drinks, tea, and coffee, etc. Bags of Ice are available upon request. Our beverage list is available with pricing.

Equipment/Rentals – As a convenience to our clients, we will make arrangements for rental equipment needed for the event. There is a handling fee assessed. If excessive changes are made, you will be subject to a small fee. The client will be responsible for replacement cost of rentals due to damages and/or shortages.

Wait Staff – Servers are available upon request. There is a four hour minimum for each employee working your event. The total cost for wait staff will be determined at the time of your consultation.

What other fees should I expect in my quote?

All fees will be discussed at the time of your consultation. As a company policy, we reserve the right to add a service fee is to any invoice. The fee is added to the invoice to offset a variety of expenses such as administrative costs, rising fuel charges, extra labor, and equipment that is used at the event.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

A deposit is required to secure the date for your event. Deposit will vary for each event and your sales person will let you know the amount. This deposit confirms your reservation and guarantees our services on that date. We do our best to accommodate all requests if time permits and the date is available. Please talk to one of our sales representatives for a copy of our contract and additional information.

What are the terms of payment?

Final payment is due before the event unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, cashier’s check, personal/company check or major credit cards.
